Building an ATSC Terrestrial PVR from scratch

I need recommendations for an OTA ATSC tuner (HD only) and video card to replace ATI analog PVR.

I want a set of components that are stable with GBPVR and can handle both 1080i and SD TV. Here's my proposed hardware list...

• MSI RX480 Neo2 motherboard with onboard sound (TOSLINK out)
  
• Altlon 64 3200+ CPU w/ 1G RAM
  
• 1G RAM
  
• GeForce 7600 GT / 256MB
  
• Cat's Eye DTA-150 tuner (two actually, for dual recording)
  

I chose the GeForce 7600 because it has both s-video (for my current SD TV) and DVI (for my next HD TV) and it's cheaper than a comparable ATI card like the X1800 GTO.

I chose the DTA-150 because it's digital only and cheap ($69). I don't need analog tuning.

Am I making any bad choices?
