You might want to consider posting this in the general support thread rather than the plugins and skins but anyway...

You need to download the channel data into an xml file, then you use the config program to set the EPG source to point to your xml file and finally map channels.

That's all there is to it.

I got carried away: 3 DVB-T tuners, a DVB-S tuner, 3 MVP's and 1.1TB of storage space Smile

Thank, but .... how do i "download the channel data into an xml file".
You mean by xmltv ? The problem is a have a cable provider which uses frequency's that not are the same from other cable companies.

You can use a grabber that will get your guide from different sources or from your cable company and turn all that to XML. Once it's XML just let config point to that XML file, map the the channels to the right channel number or frequency. I use TVxb (http://www.tvxb.com) to get guide from different sources and come out with a single XML file.

For dutch channels, you can use "TVGids_to_xml". Just google for it or search the forums, you'll find it there...

Make sure you add the XMLTV file to the capture card setup....

To make everything work smoothly, the easiest thing is to have the channels-numbers from the XMLTV file match the defined tv-channels in the registry (in the "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\TV System Services\TVAutoTune\TS[country-code]-[Antenna-system]".

I have created an Excel sheet for this purpose, that I use with some tools provided by uothers...

In the Excel-sheet I enter the information from my cable provider (Casema in my case), and the XMLTV defined numbers. I then match these by hand...

I then make sure that (in the Excel file) the channel-numbers match the EPG channel numbers (from TVGids in my case). The Excel-sheet contains macro's....

I then press the "Values" button (to convert the frequency values to the format that needs to go in the registry) and press the "File" button (to save a "presets.txt" file for use with the included "freq2reg" and "freq2xml" utilities).

Then, I run "freq2reg presets.txt" and "freq2xml presets.txt", which results in an XML-file (which I use to replace the header of the XMLTV file) and a reg-file (which I import in the registry). Just make sure that in "freq2reg" you specify the same country-code and antenna-type as you have defined in the XMLTV-file...

You can do this directly in the registry, but I think this way is a bit more "controlled"....

Hope this helps,
