Recurring recording not added to recordings list

Hi--I have two shows that I've been recording on Monday nights. Both shows are successfully recorded (I can find the files via Windows Explorer), but for the past two weeks, I've noticed that Show A doesn't appear when I go to Recordings and click the Ready button. Show B (recorded on the same channel and in the timeslot immediately following Show A) is displayed there.

I've been manually editing recording-dump.xml and reimporting recordings to trick it and keep my Recordings list up to date, but is this a problem anyone else has seen before?

FWIW, I'm still using 0.98.8; I'm about to install the latest now.
