Everything else is working as planned but I canot get Live TV either on the PC or the MVP.

I can record successfully from all four tuners but Live TV? No.

Have looked at logs but there is nothing evident there.

Any ideas?

Post all the logs and I am sure someone (Sub is away for the weekend) will have a look.

Most recent change was to install Community Skin. Have changed back to Blue but no change.

Maybe try changing the cyberlink mux. I've seen troubles with that before.

Can you disable use of the MVP, reproduce the problem, and attach logs?

(Sub has mentioned before that all errors are not reported in logs with MVP's running or something to that effect).

Reluctant to change Cyberlink Mux just yet as it was already working.

My technical understanding is about zero and it has been a big lerning curve to get this far!

I had a similar problem - a reinstall of GBPVR sorted it....

Well this shows up now, but I am not smart enought to know exactly what he solution is. If nobody else does, sub will have the answer when he gets back from his weekend off.

I read Philip's thread and while his problems seemed completely different from mine in the end I did a complete re-install (without Community Skin so far) and it has worked.

It even brought back the fourth tuner channel settings which had been lost along the way so that was a bonus!

I suspect most of the problems lie not within GBPVR but with the BDA drivers. Pinnacle's own software does not seem capable of tuning the second card and GBPVR gets it sometimes but not others. Presumably my re-install has picked up the older settings so it now works again.

All's well that ends well. Thanks for your help and suggestions
