Thanks to whurlston, I got it working with the HDHomeRun, an OTA/QAM HD tuner that plugs into your network (I wrote an article on it here). Give me a few days, and I'll have a new article up about GB-PVR. Big Grin

GB-PVR, the HDHomeRun, PowerStrip, and an HDTV make a great combination.

I'll be very interested in seeing this work. I have already considered buying one of these units. Maybe I will get one on order so that I can be ready to give it a try.

I,m hoping that it would work to put the antenna in the attic of my garage which is about 15 to 20 feet higher than my house. However it would require a cable run of over 100' which might be a problem. Our home network is connected up there, to serve my wife's office so tapping into the cat5 at that point shouldn't be a problem. With the HDhomerun up there and a 5' or less coax connection I should get the best possible signal fed into my network.

Ethernet in the attic would be the better option. Don't be tempted to use wireless, as though some claim it works fine for them, the performance was poor for me, not to mention the fact that wireless is not officially supported.

From the link in your signature:

I'll pass that along to some single friends of mine. Big Grin
