Moving Channel Icon?

What would I have to edit to get the channel icon to display in the same column as the channel # / name, instead of in it's own column?

Guide.cs

You will need to update it with every EWA seperate release as well as any GBPVR release since that will not be a supported update.

I don't think I have that file, Guide.cs. Where is it supposed to be?
