Easy Question - Quick Record Settings

How do I change the settings for the "Quick Record" options? Can't seem to find it within config.

I assume you mean the default bitrate, resolution etc? If so, you can edit the 'medium' profile in the in capture source settings. The medium profile is always used when doing a quick record.
