Ok, I've been lurking on this forum for a while and i have been doing some research on the net but i cant seem to find specific answers. So I am just going to ask them here. Don't yell at me.
1.) I live in Winnipeg, MB Canada. What exactly can i watch with a DVB-S/ATSC What-have-you card?
2.) What is the recommended capture device for watching said things.
3.) I have Shaw Cable. Do they offer any free HD channels that i can pickup with an appropriate reciever?
4.) Is this a waste of time?
I am so far just interested in tinkering on my desktop for now. not so much for the PVR-yet. I appreciate anything you can tell me. And many thanks to Sub for a FANTASTIC program.
