Duplicate Channels?

Hello Folks

I have just installed gbpvr for use with my Hauppauge Nova-T 500 dual tuner card. I am working my way through the process but am confused about seemingly duplicate channels being picked up with the suffix (#2)#2. For example there is BBC1 and BBC1(#2)#2. What is the difference between these two channels?

I think it is alternate language files or subtitled or something like that (It's mentioned in another thread somewhere).

Safely ignore them.
