EPG will not download (first time) Patch didn't help

Hello, I am trying to download from Zap2it, and this is the message I receive on the initial attempt:

Did you configure your Zap2It account for your area (zip code, in my case)?

Yep, everything on their end is set up correctly.

I have been experiencing the exact same problem. When I tried to update in the config, I would receive an error screen. I found the solution to the problem.

Go back to the setup of the EPG in your config. Set it for 13 days instead of 15. Click on the CLICK HERE link in the setup page so that it will open a browser to ZAP2IT. Enter your name and password AND click the box telling it to remember you next time you log in.

When I did this, I was then able to update my EPG without an error!

I still don't see the EPG listings when I'm in GBPVR, but I don't get the error when downloading. Little steps.........

It worked twice and then the error came back. Still no guide. Sorry for raising your hopes.
