PVR500 Dual Tuner

I was just wondering if anyone has gotten both tuners to work with the PVR500 and also GBPVR I cannot seem to get both tuers working just one so I have to watch what I record. Anyways if someone has some experiance on what it might be would be helpful thanks.

Did you setup two capture sources for the PVR500, one as device #1, the other as device #2.

Hmm not sure. Which mean probably not. Do I need to do this in the settings where I set up the system to pick up the first tuner?

You do this on the 'capture source' tab of the config app. You need to 'add' two capture sources.

OK i have the first one set up as default capture source number 1 and then set up using ther same PVR500 card capture source #2. It still gives me the there are not tuners available to watch this show you can ether not watch anything or watch the recording program.
Not sure what to try next.

I used the utility and have both cards configured, but I see no indication in GB-PVR that there are 2 tuners. I keep having to cancel one recording to resolve a conflict.
What am i missing? Any ideas? -CHUCK-

Yes. I read through the forum and used the utility to identify the 2 cards correctly.
Is there any screen in GB-PVR that actually makes reference to the number of cards installed? I mean in the program itself, not the config program. I actually watched a program the other day while recording another program, which indicates the 2 tuners are working, right? -CHUCK- |
