Have been using arcsoft totalmedia to watch freeview through my k-world usb reciever. Started having a bit of aggro with it so had a look on google and came agross gb-pvr. Have read the quickstart wiki guide, updated my EPG through the config menu, but whenever i click on live tv it gives the "no channels ahve been setup please use the configuration utiulity and setup the EPG source..... which i have done.

Any ideas?

With this sort of device, after setting up your capture source in GB-PVR you need to click the 'map digital channels to EPG channels' button, which will initiate the digital channel scan and mapping procedure.

Ok thanks. When i go into channel mapping thoughg, i scan and only find about 10 channels. BBC channels, uktv histiry ftn, and a few others. No itv etc. In totalmedia i get 68 channels, although a few are radio. K-world 350U.

If you've selected a specific region, it might be worth trying the 'all regions/all channels' setting instead.

If that doesnt work, zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

When you click the 'go advanced' reply button below, then you can click the paperclick button to add an attachment.

You can use something like winzip or the built in Windows compress archive function to create a zip file.

Sorry, I dont know. The logs look like its doing everything correctly.

Do you know for sure you receive a good signal on these missing channel etc? ie, have you successfully viewed those channels on the same PC from another app. GB-PVR will only report channels from frequencies it can lock on to - some other apps dont do it this way.
