If you have more than one tuner and you are using hip, are you supposed to have 2 remotes configured in HIP?

Yeah, thats not one I can answer. I've never even downloaded HIP.

that section of HIP is to add commands for controling a set top box via the Infa Red blasters. If you dont have a set-top box, then no, you dont need to use that section of hip.
