Peak Dvb-t Digital Tv Pci Card

Hi all

Newby here, has any tried a Peak card? its not listed in the wiki, but has BDA drivers

I dont remember hearing from anyone using this device.

There is a page on the wiki that describe what is required to create th bda.ini section.

I used Graphedit to find my filters names, and moded the BDA ini to

[Peak DVB-T]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
FILTER_TUNER=DiBcom BDA Digital Tuner (Dev1 Path0)
FILTER_CAPTURE=DiBcom BDA Digital Capture (Dev1 Path0)
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

But i keep getting cannot find device message

Any ideas whats wrong?

Try using:

FILTER_TUNER="DiBcom BDA Digital Tuner (Dev1 Path0) "
FILTER_CAPTURE="DiBcom BDA Digital Capture (Dev1 Path0) "

It seems most of the devices using this "(Dev1 Path0)" type of name all use drivers derived from the same set of reference drivers, and for some reason they seem to have a blank space at the end of the name (hence quotes above).

Thanks for the quick reply, it now finds my device and tries to tune, but it doesn't find any channels

The software that came with the card found 23

zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take look.

Sorry, I dont know. The logs look fine, but device never manages to lock onto a signal.

Small update

Found software for remote control was causing problem, but now i only get Film 4 and Bid tv, any way to find more?
With the software supplied with card i could get all the itv channels

I'm not really sure what to suggest. GB-PVR just treats all BDA devices the same. I'm guessing there is something funny about the drivers for this device.
