Weather Plugin mem usage

All the forecast information, including maps, are cached in memory. Each frame in a map is a jpeg. If you have 10 frames and 5 maps, that is 100 images to cache. That consumes a fair amount of memory. That said, I haven't seen any performance issues related to this. I also, however, have 2MB of memory in my server PC so maybe that is why.
