Ok upgraded to Vista
MCE is working as it should, but GBPVR config wont find any channels. I miss my GBPVR.

Any hints on where I should start???

I, too, am having digital channel mapping woes.

In response to the EPG hour offset bug, uninstalled and reinstalled GBPVR.

Now, scanning fails to find channels on HDHomeRun. Have verified that HDHR config can access and VLC display channels. BDA.ini was correctly changed.
And hdhomerun_bda.remap is in root directory.

Have attached logs.

I had the HDHomeRun Config gui running while the scanner was sending change commands. VLC would display the tuned channel, so I know the scanner is accessing the HDHR tuner.

Update: Tried installing latest HDHomeRun BDA Driver - 20070309 beta 1 from HDHR. Still no channels detected.

I know the MCE services were getting in the way when I tried GB-PVR on Vista and this happened for someone I was troubleshooting for. You might want to look at into that.

Delete the hdhomerun_bda.log, run a scan, copy the hdhomerun_bda.log to your gb-pvr log directory, zip and post so I can see them side by side. Probably wouldn't hurt to add a copy of your remap file.

Two thing stand out in your logs:

- What do you have <BDAUsePsiParser> set to in bda.ini. It needs to be the default 'true' value while scanning
- I see you have the 'Morgan Stream Switcher' installed, and its getting used. This filter causes lots of problems for people.

[] <BDAUsePsiParser> was set to false. Now set to true, and channels are being found.

[] 'Morgan Stream Switcher' - don't know how I have that or how to uninstall it, if it's a problem. Sigh. It may be part of the software loaded for my new Kworld ATSC 115.
--- later ---
Uninstalled ArcSoft Total Media 3 and GBPVR bugs disappeared.
Ouch... I wish I could get this card working with GBPVR, but it doesn't have hardware acceleration - just software to fool MCE.

Just ignore the 'Morgan Stream Switcher' thing for now unless you find sometimes you just get audio, or just video.
