No channels have been set up

I wonder if anyone could help me with this. When I click on Live TV, I get the message "No channels have been set up. Please run the configuration utility etc". Well, I have run the configuration utility, numerous times. I'm using ZapToIt and information appears to be downloaded correctly.

BTW, I'm using Vista.

Also, I'm using a Hauppauge 150 capture card, but the configuration utility only seems to have "none", "PVR 350" and "Sigma Designs" as selections in the Hardware Decoder dropdown box.

Any help would be appreciated.

This has happened for a few vista users. Try running the Config app as administrator.

The PVR150 doesnt have a hardware DEcoder. It has a hardware ENcoder.
