My very latest version, 997 is available in my signature.

Here's what was added/fixed:

• 997 Added switch to MEncoder profile to keep Transcodes in better sync. Fixed support for on the fly transcodes of Unencrypted VOBs
  

The thing I'm happiest with, is my transcodes are mostly sync error free when I use MEncoder as my Preferred Transcoder. skip ff/rw minutes skip all seem to work fine...

I still have some trouble with on-the-fly playback of Vobs. The sync slips a bit there... But it plays great...for on the fly VOB transcoding, make sure it is unencrypted and only one Audio language track. (That's all I could for right now) I used DVD Shrink to snag my main movie and only the main language.
