What better way to increase WAF than to redo a kitchen. Major overhaul here, taking exterior wall down to bare studs, rewiring up to code (I can't believe what I am seeing half the time with the wiring in this house !!!!)

Got my most of my base cabinets in, most of the wall cabinets. Counter top built up, ready for tile next weekend. Now I just need to "punch" a new hole in the wall due to having to raise an outlet above counter top level (old location is oddly about 6" too low for cabinets??? No cabinets previously in that area, but come one here!)

Of course, need to run new 12-2awg since existing 14 gage 2-wire (no ground, just neutral) is not good enough for Microwave that is plugged into it. Plus, can't raise outlet with current length run.

So, how is your Easter going?

All that work and I didn't see any mention of you building a custom cabinet in the remodeled room for a GBPVR client? Surely you must have just forgotten to mention it.

If you want to really get the WAF higher, put in granite counters.

that sounds familiar, but at least it was just me and the wife, gave it three attemps (and 2 hours) to fix myself before I called inthe plumber....$50 later..
