I know I can play cdg via GBPVR on the PC (using CDG directX plugin for WMP and zipping the CDG and MP3 together) however I use an MVP and would like true CDG support if this is possible with the GBPVR on the PC streaming the mpg or divx to the MVP.
I convert my CDGs to MPG at the moment so I can view on the MPV. This takes around 3/4 of the song's length to convert to MPEG2 SVCD standard.
The problem with this is the space it takes up! 30Mb per track for the MPEG2 compared to only 5Mb for the MP3+CDG.
