Live TV Sound but no Picture

I have sound on Live TV but the window for the picture never comes up. Any ideas? Hauppauge PVR150 card.

Was working fine before I had to reinstall Windows.

Did you remember to install an MPEG2 decoder?

That must have been it. After installing Nero everything works fine. Thanks!
