ACT IR200L & DirectTV D10

I've got a PVR150 with an unavailable IR Blaster, and an IR200L sitting on my COM1 serial port, pointed at my satellite receiver. How do I get this thing to change channels on my DirectTV D10 receiver?

The IR200L executable locks up my pc. I dont know why this happens.

The D11.dat doesnt seem to work.

I'm a bit lost, please point me in the right direction.

My IR200L is sitting on COM4 on my serial port without a driver. My board is an Asus A7N266VM-AA (mATX nforce w/2 ghz Thoroughbred). GBPVR wasn't showing signs of detecting the signal at all, so I used the demo for SageTV to find the codes for the DirecTV tuner box (I confirmed with tech support that I have a pair of DirecTV D11-100). The codes wouldn't work until I copied them into the DirecTV D11.dat; I checked and the codes are different

I've shielded the first tuner from the IR200L with a folded privacy envelope; the IR Blaster for the PVR150 and the 45 button remote are installed, and I still have all my USB ports. I have tested both boxes and IR blasters and everything's a go.

From what I've read on the net, this is a small feat. You'll find the DAT file attached in a ZIP folder.
