I have problems that my audio will get out of sync after I've had LiveTV on for 1+ hours. I've searched for this issue, and I've seen a lot of replies that state you should change the combination of the video decoder, audio decoder and audio renderer.
I have the Cyberlink PowerDVD 6 Deluxe decoders (PDVD7), with the video and audio decoders specifically set to Cyberlink, not the System default. I had the audio renderer set to System default. So the first thing I did is change the audio renderer to Cyberlink as well. Seems to work, but when I try exiting a recording, GBPVR freezes and I have to kill it with the task manager. Because of this, I switched back to System default as a freeze on a recording was not good for the WAF
I watched a DVD and I didn't have the sync problems. I guess I don't understand why the Cyberlink video/audio decoders would not work with each other in LiveTV mode, while they do in DVD (I haven't noticed the out of sync with Recordings either).
So, do I need to change decoders or the renderer? I have no other video decoders listed, and the MPEG Audio decoder is the only other audio decoder. I have a few renderers, like Directshow, SigmaTel Audio (soundcard), etc.
Any other ideas on what I can do?
