Sub.

I've been looking at one of these Pinnacle cards, which according to the info says it records natively in DIVX.

Enjoy two digital terrestrial TV or radio* programmes simultaneously on your PC
- On your PC, watch one TV show in full screen mode and the other as Picture-In-Picture—or watch two TV shows in moveable, scaleable windows
- Gain full control over two TV programmes with the unique DualTimeShifting™ feature
- Record TV programmes directly to hard disk in the original MPEG-2 format or in the space-saving DivX™ format
- Record directly in PlayStation™ Portable (PSP) or iPod™ Video compatible MPEG-4 format to take your favourite TV shows with you

If I drop on of these into GBPVR, can I use GBPVR to record DIVX???

Sorry, this is talking about software encoding to divx at recording time, which wouldnt be support by GB-PVR. I long ago decided to stay away from software encoding.

Also generally on pinnacle products, if you lose the driver discs its very difficult to find them on the net. Pinnacle are poor in support for this too, my advice would be to avoid pinnacle.
