different displays on computer and mvp

I just had something odd happen. My MVP is showing a different display than the gbpvr on the actual computer. The computer is working fine however on the mvp I don't see any tv guide (it thinks it's not configured). I've lost a menu item and I don't see any recordings.
Can someone shed any light on this plz ?

No, it's the same XP box I've always used. If I try to access the recordings via MVP, it says it can't read the DB and I get a runtime debug pop up on the computer .. very wierd ..

Can you set the logging level back to debug, then reproduce the error, then repost the logs. Also post the MVP logs aswell.

If I could, I would but the entire machine has apparently gone titsup, which may explain whatever happened. Expect I'm in for a recovery session today <sigh> .. thanks anyway.
