EWA Not Displaying One Specific Channel

Hello!
First, many thanks to the developers of EWA, it's almost perfect.

My issue is that the program guide on EWA doesn't show our channel 14, it goes 13->15. The program guide in GBPVR, however, does show 14. Here's where it gets stranger, the program guide in EWA does show the content of channel 14 on channel 416 (which is a copycat channel of the real 14). However, GPBR doesn't show 416.

So, if I schedule a record from GBPVR, the channel is there and it's fine. However, EWA doesn't show the channel, so I don't see if the tuner is in use. EWA fails to schedule anything on 416, probably because GBPVR doesn't think that channel exists.

Does EWA get its grid listing from the same access DB that GBPVR uses? I'm on Zap2It, EWA build 63, the most recent GBPVR flavor. Thanks!

Correct....if GBPVR is not recognizing the channel than it won't schedule. EWA uses the GBPVR open API for almost all of its functionality.

It pulls its grid making a standard call into the GPBVR API to get all the show/channel information for any given timeperiod to disply the grid.

What option do you have set for displaying your grid channels? Text, Graphic or Text and Graphic?

When you go int GPBVR Config and go to the capture source tab, select a tunner, click on Edit.......Is channel 14 checked? How about 416? Is it the same on all tunners (assuming you have more than one)?

If a channel is checked here and there is programme info available it should show up in EWA.....if there is no programme info for a given time period for a channel it will not show up. If the channel is unchecked here you should not see any channel info showing in EWA for that channel.
