Had only partial success with previous version so decided to upgrade to 1.0.8
Followed process and seem to succeed.

Config gives me epg from the RX.
Config, gbpvr & pvrx2 all seem to run.
(.dvr-ms files are created and grow...
but media player gives no video/audio)

Others give me sensible but slow gui interation but no Video/Audio
Except that BDA Mux checker says there are no filters

DVB-T RX is FreeCom USB module
It works fine with another computer with its own s/w
On this desktop I have installed their BDA driver.

Running XP Latest SP and latest updates
DVDs play on this machine with any of VLC, Intervideo, WindowsMediaPlayer, JetAudio, etc

Any ideas please?

Presumably "no filters" is the clue but I have SP2 and even intervideo installed.

After much reading and researching I have a mux cyberlink 1307 installed
Mux checker detects

It now gives video in live view but no sound.

config favorites did give sound

Can anyone help?

Rebooted (windows: if in doubt reboot)

No BBC1 & BBC2 give sound only

ITV1 now gives sound & video.

Curious?

Some channel with "no sound" may be because they have 2 entries and the #2 is soundless.

Others: some work
Others: some do not work

When they work they sound and vision
When not working they have only sound or vision

still no solution...

yes, channels with #2 next to them have no sound.

Make sure you explicitly set the video and audio decoders in the playback tab of config.exe

now you have installed the cyberlink mux, change the mux to cyberlink in config.exe
