I watch analog recording with MVP, but HD recording on PC LCD monitor.
Dell Dual Core 6400 XP Pro, PVR500, HVR-1600, MVPs on Belkin wireless bridge

I mostly watch recorded shows thru the MVP but if I'm using my computer and want to have access to tv as well, I'll watch directly on the pc.

Sorry, consider choice 3 as 'On the PC' instead of 'Only on the PC'.

But it does look like MVP is the big player so far.

I use a (cheap & quietened - otherwise family wouldn't tolerate it) PC in the lounge, video to TV, sound via SP/DIF coax to HT receiver & speakers.
Near-silent budget HTPC: X-case w/ ACBel 400W quiet PSU, 2x undervolted (5V) 80mm case fans, ASUS M2A-VM-HDMI, silent Asus nVidia 9400GT, AMD X2 4800+, 2GB Corsair DDR800, Windows XP/SP3, Hauppauge HVR-900 hybrid tuner + PVR150MCE analog, GBPVR PVRX2 (latest), CyberLink H.264 PDVD(7), Monogram AAC, FFDShow video & audio, VMR9-FSE

HDMI -> Panasonic PTAX100E 100" 720p/1080i projector, S-Video -> 27" CRT TV, SP/DIF -> Denon AVR3805 (7.1) + Q-Acoustics 1030 / 1010 speakers, Harmony 525 remote

Two MVP's for TV watching and two PC clients for setting up recordings and occasional viewing. (server is now screenless).

I use PC to TV, Client to TV, PC via VNC, and PC to Projector.

The projector looks easily the best with the new interface, suspect that to do with me sending it a signal in it's native res (it's only 800x600) and the fact that it does not have any overscan.
