Hi all,

Hope someone out there knows their stuff!!!
I use the huppage mvp box networked to the pc,
I just purchesed a Kworld dvb-s 100 card to integrate into the system,
does anyone know how to do this ( dosent appear to be a supported card )

Also does anyone know how to tune one of these cards, been all over the net but cant find help, seems to get a good signal, but no chanels. if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!

if you read the wiki it tells you how to add a card thats not their
but i think it has to have bda drivers

when you do your scan you have to tell it where you are
(tells the card what freq etc to scan to find right stations)
(sometime you have to change from horrizontal to vertical or add the correct frequency if the settings are wrong in the information)only had to do this with software that came with card not with gbpvr

Hi, back again - at last, thanks for that stustunz, have now got the card visible to gbpvr, brilliant!

errr.....

Now can anyone help with tuning it in? Am using the dish from the sky digi box
which satelite and settings should I input to gbpvr for it to search? if anyone can help it would be much appreciated as my Wife still thinks I have wasted money on this card!!!

Can you post the section you added to bda.ini? I'll add it to the master file. (otherwise you'll need to remember to update bda.ini after every upgrade)

Which satellite etc depends on which country you're in and what services you're trying to receive.
