TV Walker Ultra problems

Hi,

I have my TV Walker Ultra up and running with the supplied TV viewing software, but when I run GBPVR and select Live TV I get a "Failed to communicate with GB-PVR Recording Service" error. Can anyone explain to me what this means and how I might be able to fix it?

I'm not very familiar with the TV Walker devices, but there has been a couple of using it ok - so we should be able to sort it out for you.

Can you email you log files from c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr to me at support@devnz.com?
