This is a general question.
Can anyone think of ways that Windows (non-Vista) would deny access to a program from shelling a batch file?
The program is running in the desktop session, manually (double-clicking) and not accessing a network (not passing through a firewall)
For Details: I can't get this to happen for myself.. A user is using ZSchedFix. The first function is to create a batch file...
THen it shells that batch file. In reality it doesn't matter what's in the batch file. The batch won't even run (to succeed or fail)...
any help would be appreciated
