Some of my digital channels work (5,9,10) but some don't (4,8,11) the ones that don't just produce the 2 6kb files. Logs are attached. Not sure what to try next.

was it a fresh install of 10016 or upgrade overtop of 10008

I can see in your logs that your tuning info doesnt look complete. When you first setup your capture source, did you scan for channels using the 'map digital channel to epg channels' button? You should of. Instead it looks like youve manually entered the format that was used a really long time ago, ie T:112,1,2

I did the scan, I didn't know that the channel format changed. There are a few channels that don't have obvious digital channel descriptions so I will need to continue to figure out the mapping. Thanks!

It changed about a year and a half ago. It used to use the old 'T:112,1,2' format before there was any functionality to scan for ATSC channels, but this often lead to failed recordings, so proper ATSC channel scanning functionality was introduced (giving GB-PVR more details about the audio/video streams etc).
