Can't get QAM channels after upgrade to 1.0.16

I can no longer tune to any QAM channel. Channels on these frequencies still show up in WINTV and were working in version 1.0.8. I get Full Signal Strength but 0 quality. I am using version of GBPVR present in survival thread.

reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Tuned several QAM channels I get on WINTV at the same frequencies.

I'm not sure. I cant see any obvious cause in the logs. It just looks like the device fails to lock any signal.
