Album Art, Visualisations and Screen Savers

I've been using MusicLibrary2 for a couple of days - totally hooked

I've tried lots of AAVSS settings but I can't find my ideal which is:

Starting in a playlist
track_starts:
show playlist with album art for 5-10 secs
go to full screen showing visualisation or MLPanel screensaver
track ends
GOTO track_starts:

Don't have a clue about how much control plugins have so I don't know if it's even possible. Either encourage me or tell me to get a life...

Probably not that much control. I tend to run visualisations off - because I have usewindowsmediaforaudio = false. So I'm not sure if i'd ever put in the timed switch over.

And because of the Pvrx2 changes I haven't yet properly re-introduced them. Mainly as panels aren't yet used and there's something funny up with the screen saver.

So at this stage if you're on pvrx2 then most of this wont work properly, and on gbpvr it would work as it does currently. But I doubt I would be adding much to the MusicLibrary2 - in favour and finishing MusicLibrary3

I'm still on 0.99.12...

MusicLibrary3 - am I missing something - is there any info available on this

Yeah an alpha-ish version came out with version 6.6 of ML2. No updating or anything, just accesses you exsiting DB and displays it al-la pvrx2 interface.

You're probably better off with ML2 on 99.12 is you're happy with that. There are a couple of differences that don't translate well with ML2 on PVRx2. So key stroke differences.

Sorry, just found that out - forgot that search was back...

I'm only on 0.99.12 because I'm still trying to learn about all this HTPC stuff and I've a few issues ongoing. I'm expecting to acquire a new test rig this month and plan to go with version 1, so I'll definitely include ML3.

Be aware that I might come back with the same request again...
