Hey all, found this on Ebay, I just snagged one, he has 7 left. They are a rebranded Haup MediaMVP 86001 Rev E1M

That's the cheapest price I have seen in a long time and these are brand new.

They are NOT wireless, but at that price who cares?

#1) Athalon XP 3200, WXP SP2, 2Gig RAM, Hauppauge MCE-150
#2) Celeron, @ 2.2 Ghz, Windows 2003 server SP1, 1Gig RAM, 2 x Hauppauge MCE-150s (running 24x7)
#3) PopCorn Hour.. I'm working on that one.

XBMC & 2 Hauppauge Media MVPs connecting to the server.. and a couple Terrabytes of kids shows.

Yeah, he mentions that in his listing. I think the company that sells these has them set up more for corporate environments and needed RF for some reason, not sure! I'm guessing (hoping) that the svideo output works and that the core functions of this hasn't been changed. I'll let you know when mine gets here LOL.

Why not try to contact them and see if they will ship to Canada, even if you have to pay a little more shipping? You never know what a motivated seller will agree to unless you ask!

I've found the problem isn't so much getting it shipped as is trying to get shipped USPS and not UPS Ground. We get dinged $30 brokerage fees on UPS shipments. Sometimes I just have them shipped to the UPS store in Ogdensburg NY which is only an hour or so from Ottawa and even with gas it is cheaper (for now).

I ordered one yesterday, and it was shipped yesterday via USPS.
What, me worry?

It was this part of the eBay listing that deterred me from contacting them:
"We do not ship internationally please do not bid if you are not in US."
