Feature Request; searching and priority.

Would it be possible to add time-frame as search criteria. You could search for example for all "New" Genre's between 8:00pm and 11:00pm on the primetime channels. This would give you a clean result of any first-air primetime shows that you could schedule.

Is it possible to support recording priority ordering for "Reoccurring" recordings. This is supported in the GUI by using FF/FR to lower and raise the priority on these recordings. This is very handy for conflict resolution. There currently isn't way to handle this remote and any resolved conflicts return after the next EPG update.

If your genre contains new then that would work....haven't heard of genre having "new" as a value.

I am working on a beta that will have start and end time option for the search.

I have talked to sub about this....there is no API option to do this. I am looking into the best way to implement it into EWA.

The "new" genere is I-XMLTV generated along with marking the first air shows with a "*". I didn't realize this genre wasn't standard until you questioned it. I'm looking forward to the new feature.

Check out this thread....it contains a beta relase which includes the date time parameter search capability.
