I surfed into this pretty cool site called CAT:

It's a web calendar that lists when shows are on - in a month view. You can filter which shows to keep an eye on and they'll populate on the calendar (which has the fortunate side effect of filtering out all of the uh, other stuff). You can even put in your timezone and have the show times listed. In case you're wondering, the data comes from epguides.
It sure made figuring out when "my" shows were going to be on in the next few weeks a lot easier so I can get them scheduled with GB-PVR
