I am a huge fan of Antec's NSK2400/Fusion line of cases. They are SUPER quiet and cool extremely well. The link in my sig will prove how much I love these cases.
They have released a new version with a black front panel, front VFD (lcd display) and volume knob. I could care less about the volume knob, but it does make it look more like a piece of home theater equipment than a computer. I saw a review of it the other day on the net and it was well liked for HTPC case. It is a dedicated HTPC case and will only hold a uATX board, but I think for 90% of us uATX is what we run? I know I run uATX, and don't feel like I need anything more.
