Streaming Problem

First off very cool idea to add this in!

I was messing around last night and when I first installed this I was able to stream recorded shows, stream live shows, set up recording times and look at the log, all through a LAN connection. I tried to get things to stream through a WAN and couldn't get things to work. Long story short I messed around with port settings and eventually part of this working. The weird thing is now I am able to stream recorded shows fine, however when I try and stream live shows I get an error "Stream Now Failed!" when I try set something to record I get "Recording Failed!", when I try and look at the log I get "Could not find a part of the path 'C:\LM\W3SVC\1\Root\gbpvr-2-128360144942812500.log'.". SO.......... at some point yesterday I must have really messed up some sort of configuration. I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions so I can get this all to work.

Running IIS 5.2 - Default Port 8086 - Virtual Directory /gbpvr/
GBPVR Settings - Web Admin Port - 8087
Streaming Port - 7648
All ports are forwarded through my router and firewall.........any ideas?

Hmmm....since you are running via IIS did you turn off the web server in GBPVR itself (in the config program for GBPVR web admin set to off)?

turned it off and I'm still having the same problem.
