Show freezes instead of closing at end of playback

I have to manually exit shows instead of the MVP exiting the shows when the file has reached the end. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I think it would be best if you enabled the log flushing in the config.exe program and uploaded your logs after this occurs so we can see what is happening.
