You can just about any of them (Cyberlink, Intervideo, Nvidia etc...). A free one can be found here: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MPV_Decoder.htm

Thanks for the decoder link.
I could solve the problem with the scan. It was a problem with the frequences.
With decoder do I have to take when i will watch pay tv? IS there a special decoder for my premiere card?

You might be able to get your pay tv working with multidec plugins, but sorry we dont discuss these semi illegal topics on this forum.
