Recurring recordings scheduled multiple times, causing conflicts

I have some recurring recordings for some shows that air M-F only once. I didn't have any problems with these recurring shows until this weekend. Now I am told there are conflicts, and I see the show has 2 conflict entries in the Conflicts menu, as if the show is to record 3 times. I have 2 tuners so this should only show a conflict for 1 entry (but the show should only be scheduled once anyway).

Something is also broken with the entry display. When I cursor through the menu, I see blank entries until I cursor to the blank entry, then it fills in with data.

Any idea what the problem is? What files can I attach to help with debug?

There is a show called Pardon the Interruption (PTI) that airs on ESPN M-F 2:30-3pm. I have always had a Reoccuring recording for this show, and I selected "Record this daily show on this channel". I never changed my Reoccuring recordings, and have not had show conflicts until this weekend -- but nothing has changed.

I went into Recordings->Pending, and I saw 3 entries for PTI for Monday 10/15 at 2:30pm.

The same thing happened for 3 other shows that I have a Reoccuring recording set for "Record this daily show on this channel". I set the schedule with the SearchWiz plugin. Tried it from the TV Guide and got the same result, so it's not the plugin.

So now I have 4 shows that record at various times M-F, and each had 3 entries in Pending instead of 1 for each day M-F. When I go to the Conflicts menu, it showed 2 entries, a blank entry, then a 4th entry. When I cursor to entry 3, it then filled in with show data. When I cursor off of entry 3, it goes back to blank.

The SearchWiz plugin had a similar bug, but JavaWiz fixed it a few revs ago.

I have the same problem as well, and it started with the updated pvrx2 (from the survival thread) for the change to Schedules Direct.
Attached is my log with the setup of a recurring recording of Heroes.
This starts at line 4206.

wheelo, looking at your logs I suspect your shows are actually in your database more than once.

Can you download SQLiteSpy or other SQLite query tool and run the following SQL then post the results?

Wakalaka, this seems to be your problem also. I can see your database has the listings multiple times. Can (re)start PVRX2.exe, then click System -> Update EPG, wait for it to complete then post your PVRX2.exe.log?

Yes, I am setup for a complete EPG reload.
Log from a clean update attached.
Two other items of note is that this sometimes this does not occur with my second tuner card, sometimes it does, it always seems to happen on the Haupauge.
When cursoring through the TV Guide as I pass a conflicting show in Orange I have to move it twice, the text changes boldness slightly and the color changes.

Does an additional copy of the data get added each time you do an 'Update EPG'?

(its doesnt solve the underlying problem, but if you'd had the 'dont record duplicates' option enabled in the config app then it would have only recorded each show once regardless of having duplicates)

No, additional updates still only had two copies.
The third was from the HD corresponding channel.
After I deleted the Heroes records from the programme table and updated the EPG, a new setup of the recording had no conflicts.
