Im having some issues with my hauppauge win tv nova t 500. In that there is some sort of hardware compatability going on causing random bsods. Other than the random bsods it is a great card. http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/board/showthread.php?t=9888
A lot of other people seem to be having the same problems

So i gave up trying to sort it and bought a pinnacle pctv dual dvb-t pro card. Which doesnt crash, but it doesnt pick up all the channels and those it does have poor reception.

So now i have two card niether of which work properly.

Any recomendations as to what should be next on my list? Cheaper the better, dual tuners, DVB-T, and obviously they need to be able to work with gbpvr.

pci or pci-e are both fine.

thanks

Try to get hauppauge to swap the card for a newer 500 which is suppose to be better less BSOD's.

Try moving the nova-t to a different pci slot to avoid iRQ conflicts.

Also I increased my PCI latency in the bios (or download pci latency tool)
