I am in Canada so I am out of the running for purchasing from you. However, I have a question about how well gbpvr works with multiple tuners that are of different kinds and I noticed that you seemed to have many different kinds of tuners in your one computer.

I have a hauppauge pvr150 that is not a media centre edition and I noticed a HAUPPAUGE WINTV-PVR-150 MCE for sale cheap as well as a WinTV-GO-Plus that doesn't say it is mce.
My operating system is windowsXP.

Can I use a mce version of the prv-150 card if I don't have a media centre operating system?
Can I use different models of hauppauge pvr tuners and if I do, are there any problems to be aware of?
Forgive me if this type of question has been asked elsewhere on the forum and for asking an off topic question but I couldn't narrow my search well enough to find out what questions I should be asking.

Presumably it would still work with a standard 45 button remote?

The PVR-150MCE doesn't have a remote input like the PVR-150, so you can't use the Hauppauge remote directly with the MCE version. But if you already have a remote, the MCE will be fine.

They worked fine together. I had the PVR500, 2x ATI 550, and at one point the FusionHDTV card. The HDHomeRun doesn't count because it streams the TV over ethernet. I've had various combinations with the PVR250 card as well in my setup. I think I even had all five PCI capture cards in at once and everything was okay except the FusionHDTV card because there were too many IRQs in use, but that has nothing to do with GBPVR.

Next step for me is to re-read the posts dealing with how Schedules Direct EPG and the channel configuration work with the two cards. I will want both cards to access the same channels (i.e., regardless of which source or tuner card is listed first), I want both tuner cards to access the same epg channel for the same channels which are the channels I have access to.

Thank you

Just set the epg/channel settings for each card exactly the same.
