Show Icon common location

Hi sub,

I think I mentioned this in a thread a while ago, so it might already be in your list, but could the built-in recordings-listing show-icons have a separate directory, which GB-PVR can check in addition to the target folder? ie if there isn't a folder.jpg file in the \showname directory, gb-pvr should check for a showname.jpg file in a show icon directory (eg the Program Image tool uses the media\art directory)

This would overcome the problem of having to manually create folders for new pending shows just to put a folder.jpg file in them, as well as simplify the acquiring of show image icons.
