WinTV Nova Digital TV Stick - Any good?

Hi guys,
I'm was looking to get a Nova-T PCI card, but I can't find one in stock locally, and I don't wanna wait for delivery, so I was wondering if the USB version is any good?

Well guys, I gave you a good few hours to warn me off the thing, so if it doesn't work, i'll come find you! I've been out and bought it...now's the moment of truth i guess!

And now for the results..

The card installed very easily, and I installed the provided software too, to see if it was any good. Worryingly, the playback through the provided software was awful, both sound and picture very jittery and jerky. I set up the card in GBPVR's config, retrieved listings from XMLTV and mapped channels to listings, then fired up PVRX2.

Everything worked immediately! Perfect sound and video through PVRX2, recording and time-shift both excellent. Of 4 attempts at time-shift, 3 were perfect, 1 had audio+video a little out of sync.

Very very happy with the results so far...now it's time to try some more advanced stuff and see what I can break!
