ATI Radeon X800 Pro

Hi All,

I found a ATI Radeon X800 Pro AGP 256MB video card and before I buy it I just wanted to know, when I connect the TV
1) Will I be able to use it with GBPVR smoothly?
2) Is it possible to use it with PVRX2?

The X800 Pro supports DirectX 9, so it should be ok for both GBPVR or PVRX2. But if you want to go HD, I'm not sure it would be adequate for that.

There was some info recently about some body using a x700

they said that the card allowed play back of 1080i
so i was surmise that the x800 would play back hd as well since it is a higher level card

Then it should be fine as I won't be switching to HD for anoter few light years :-)
