Size of screenshots

I like the file size and look of the small-plugin.jpg images that sub has on the plugin page.

sub, what did you do to get them?

When I created screen shots of the configure tool, I have resized them to 80% and saved them with "30-Medium" quality in Photoshop. This gave reasonable file sizes and, I think, looked decent on the site.

I just took screen shots and resized them to in photoshop to 350x237.
