Pinnacle PCTV DVB-T PCI 250i/pci - compatible?

I see in the wiki cards lists that the Pinnacle DVB-T 200e card works but has anyone tried the 250i?

Also many cards say they require windows XP, no mention of win 2000. Anyone using win 2000?
