In SD, GBPVR has a very flickery image, sort of like the recording is at 15fps. I get some distortion in the middle of the screen, sort of like the image is torn in half. It isn't always there, but there sometimes. VLC nor Windows Media Player have this problem. When using VLC, the processor usage is around 6%, in WMP it's around 12-15%.
In HD, using GBPVR I get pauses within the stream, and the same issue of the frame rate being odd, but not as off as SD. Jumpy, jittery pauses. WMP has the same problem. Processor is at or near 100% all the time. Sounds seems to be a little off, also. If I use VLC, the processor hovers around 50% or less depending on the content, and the jittering is gone. The image isn't as good though, full motion images show some aliasing around the edges in VLC. Sound still gets out of sync with VLC, so I wonder if that's not a recording issue.
I've tried all the normal things, last thing I tried was turning off all the 3D image improvements within the video card, but that actually made matters worse.
I've tried the Cyberlink and ATI video decoder. they both seem to have the same issues.
Changing the audio decoder does not seem to matter, either.
My hardware is listed below. Fire away at questions, I'm running out of ideas. I've attached the logs.
